It is now online on the Institute’s website (www.siracusainstitute.org) a new navigation section entirely dedicated to the Memoirs of Professor M. Cherif Bassiouni, one of the Institute’s founders and President for more than 30 years.
In this section, you will find important materials such as documents, speeches, interviews, and videos related to his life and his huge work in favour of international criminal justice and human rights.
The documents include relevant works conducted by Professor Bassiouni in various countries and materials related to his efforts for the establishment of the International Criminal Court, as well as for the adoption of important international conventions.
These materials integrate Professor Bassiouni’s posthumous book entitled “A man of many flags: memoir of a war crimes investigator” (Hart pub Ltd, 2020).
