It was an honor for the Siracusa International Institute to take part in the award ceremony of the 12th edition of the Giorgio Ambrosoli Prize, held on June 15 at the Piccolo Teatro in Milan.
On this occasion, the Institute’s Director General, Filippo Musca, had the privilege of presenting the International Special Award to Vanja Ćalović, Executive Director of MANS and a leading figure for many years in the fight against corruption and organized crime in Montenegro.
Her tireless commitment to transparency, public accountability, and the rule of law stands as a concrete example of how civil society can contribute to strengthening democratic institutions and safeguarding the common good.
