On 25 May, Tobias Freeman, Senior Legal Officer of the Siracusa International Institute, participated in the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation’s (NATO’s) 1st Lessons Learned Seminar on Building Integrity. The Seminar was hosted by the NATO Joint Analysis and Lessons Learned Centre (JALLC) in Lisbon, Portugal.
Mr Freeman joined a panel discussion on the way forward for building integrity and NATO’s operational effectiveness with Mrs Katie Mauldin, Senior Operational Research Analyst of JALLC, Lt Col Theodorus van den Berg, Strategic Plans and Policy Staff Officer of NATO Allied Command Transformation, and Dr Lidra Zegali, Programme Officer of NATO Building Integrity.
