The Regional Scientific Committee (RSC) of The Siracusa International Institute for Criminal Justice and Human Rights met yesterday afternoon at its headquarters in Siracusa. Established in 2006, the RSC has the task of promoting and coordinating scientific conferences, seminars, pilot projects and studies in Sicily. The Committee is composed of 21 specialists including magistrates, lawyers, prosecutors,
