Since 2006, The Siracusa Institute has conducted the moot court program “AGÒN”, in collaboration with the University of Palermo and the National Institute of Ancient Drama (INDA). The event is held in the prestigious and evocative venue of the Greek Theatre in Siracusa and attended by around 500 participants a year, a very successful event in terms of public participation. “AGON” is structured as a moot trial focusing on the characters and events of one of the classical tragedies which are staged every year at the Greek Theatre in Siracusa.
