On 1 and 2 March 2023, the Siracusa International Institute for Criminal Justice and Human Rights was invited to the 17th Plenary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean, hosted by the House of Councillors of the Kingdom of Morocco, in Rabat.
Director General Filippo Musca, along with 220 participants from 20 countries, regional and international organizations, civil society and the economic sector participated to the two-days event.
During the first day, participants discussed about civilizations, human rights and economic, social and environmental cooperation. On the second day, focus was given to themes of political and security cooperation.
